Small Data Panel Filters Not Saving on Dashboards

We resolved an issue with Small Data panels where filters were not being saved as expected. Filters now save and persist correctly when a dashboard is reloaded. In addition, the unsaved changes indicator (red dot) now appears as expected when filters are updated.
